Edge at Union Station is
staffed 24/7 with an on-site professional staff. Our staff is
experienced and skilled in addressing all of our residents’ needs.
Our property manager is supported by leasing, business, and
maintenance personnel, along with community assistants from
local colleges. We are proactive and responsive to any maintenance
concerns residents may have.
Committed Community Assistants
Community Assistants serve as leaders who provide student
residents with academic and social support and guidance. They help
create an environment that is conducive to academic and lifestyle
success. They get to know their residents and plan programs that
will help the residents learn and grow.
Is your student interested in being a community assistant? The role
develops skills that employers demand: leadership, critical
thinking, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and

Personalized Roommate Matching
Edge at Union Station offers roommate matching
for those that would like to be placed with a roommate. We are
attentive to matching each student with the best possible roommate.
Self-completed personal profiles are used to assist us in matching
those with compatible interests, hobbies and academic
studies.
Individual Lease Liability
By signing an individual lease,
you are responsible for only the rent of your student. You have no
liability for the rent of the other apartment roommates. If a
roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about.
You are not liable for the other roommates’ rent –– a significant
advantage over the joint leases used at rental houses and other
apartment properties where each parent is liable for the rent of
all residents in the unit. In those communities, when a roommate
leaves school – you are liable for their rent. Not the case at Edge
at Union Station.
Fully Furnished in Style
Unlike moving into other off-campus housing, there’s no need to rent a U-Haul or borrow a relative’s pick-up truck to move into Edge at Union Station. Sleek, attractive furniture is included in the rent. Your student just needs to pack and bring linens, and kitchen and personal items.
